• A fully air-conditioned two-bedroom, VIP/Honeymoon Suite
• Comes fully furnished with a gas range stove, microwave, and refrigerator
• Has its own dining room and a spacious living room complete with TV+ DVD Player
  (can rent Movies in the office)
• Good for a maximum of 6 people (perfect for long staying guests)
• Free pool use for the registered occupants of the room
  (each registered occupant will be given a wristband)
• Additional guests for pool use will be at Php50.00 Adult & Kids.

• A cozy bedroom closed-type native cottage for day use or overnight stay.
• Has an open dining/fellowship area where you can enjoy the beautiful
  landscape and fresh sea breeze.
• Own toilet & bath for our guest’s privacy
• php 50.00 charge as entrance per head
• Php200.00 charge for additional tables and chairs if guests would like to
  have it set up along the Beach or in any other area inside the facility

• Event Center for Parties; Conferences, Weddings, Graduations, Birthdays,
• Can accommodate 150 guests.

Rent on this facility includes:

• Use of this facility for five (5) hours only
• A deposit of 50% is required upon signing of contract.
  Balance should be paid in full after the event
• Set up of tables and chairs good for maximum of 150 guests
  ( Php200.00 charge for additional tables and chairs in excess of 150).
• Free usage of Sound System (Karaoke) + 2 Mics.
  (Rent for Projecto r+ ScreenPhp 200.00 )
• Free Set up of Stage and Podium (additional decors &set up of
  backdrop is up to engagers choice)
• Caterers Food will be charged P500 flat rate; Caterers will set up and clean up.
• CSM is a Family Resort, therefore heavy drinking spree is
  highly discouraged at CSM
• Engager should provide their own Security Guards (Barangay Tanods) to
  ensure peace & order

• An Open Sun Deck area where you can enjoy the best beach
  front view (spectacular sunset or simply enjoying the sun
• Interested Guest will have a Choice of the three (3)
  Big Sunbrella’s or an Open Native Round Cottage good for Four (4)
  and will have a Free Usage of our Swimming Pool.
